the location was convenient, with free buses to the city center. I felt safe with locked doors and a closet lock. There were shops nearby, and the room had a fridge, kettle, cups, and plates. the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. I also appreciated the free parking and CCTV for security.
Hard to think of any negatives 😊.

our recent stay in krakow was amazing, and akropol exceeded all our expectations. great value for the price, with spacious rooms, a 24-hour reception, and a convenient location for buses and trams. the student hall across the road offered affordable meals, and a walk to the city center was just 30 minutes away.
Communication with the staff could be improved.

I recently stayed at Akropol for a short visit in Krakow. The dormitory-style accommodation provided great value for money. The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location on the university campus was convenient, with plenty of cheap places to eat nearby. The staff at the entrance were helpful, and there were supermarkets within close proximity. The room was clean, silent, and felt safe. I also appreciated the printer house at the entrance, which allowed me to easily print out important documents.
I would recommend this hotel.
